Many of our pieces can be personalised with a name, initials, a date or a short message. Personalised items are made for your order only, so the following terms apply together with the Distance Sales Agreement and our Returns & Exchanges terms.
1. What is personalisation?
The name, initials, date or short text you enter in the field on the product page is applied to the item using the method, font and position stated on that page. Personalisation is optional; any fee is shown separately on the product page and in the bag.
2. Information and confirmation before ordering
When you choose personalisation, the fact that the item will be made to order and is not covered by the right of withdrawal is shown clearly on the product page and at checkout before you confirm. You confirm your order with this information.
3. Checking your text
- Your text is applied exactly as entered. Please check capitals, spaces, punctuation and special characters carefully; we do not correct spelling or content.
- The character limit and allowed characters are shown on the product page.
- The preview on the product page is illustrative. Because of the leather’s texture and colour and the application method, the tone, depth and look of the text may differ from the preview.
4. Texts we cannot apply
We do not apply texts that are insulting, hateful or obscene, constitute an offence or infringe third parties’ trademarks, copyrights or personality rights. In that case we contact you; you may change the text or cancel your order. If you cancel, the full amount is refunded within 14 days.
5. Changes and cancellation
Before production starts — usually until 14:00 on the business day the order is placed — you can change the text or cancel the order via info@regascraft.com or +90 505 818 86 88; if you cancel, your payment is refunded within 14 days. Personalised items already in production cannot be changed or cancelled.
6. Production and delivery time
The production time for personalised items is shown on the product page (usually 1–5 business days) and is added to the shipping time. In all cases we deliver within 30 days of your order. Details: Shipping & Delivery.
7. Exception to the right of withdrawal
Under article 15/1-b of the Distance Contracts Regulation, issued under article 48 of Law No. 6502, goods prepared to the consumer’s specifications or personal needs are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Items with a name, initials, a date or custom text fall within this exception and cannot be returned for a change of mind.
- The exception applies only to the personalised item; non-personalised items in the same order remain returnable.
- Items bought without personalisation follow our standard returns terms.
8. Defects and incorrect personalisation
The withdrawal exception does not affect your statutory rights for defective goods. If there is a manufacturing defect, or the text differs from your order record (wrong letter, missing character, different position or font), tell us with photos at info@regascraft.com or through your account as soon as you notice. Your remedies under article 11 of Law No. 6502 apply; we will remake or repair the item free of charge or refund you. All shipping costs are paid by us.
9. Natural leather and handcraft
Because each item is made by hand and genuine leather is natural, there may be millimetre differences in text position and variations in appearance depending on the grain and tone of the leather. These are part of the item’s character and are not defects unless they affect legibility or use.
10. Personalisation data
If your text contains a name, it may be personal data. It is processed and stored with your order record only for producing and delivering your item and handling any defect claims. Details: Privacy Notice. Please do not include health, religious or other special category information in personalisation texts.
11. Confirmation
When ordering with personalisation, you confirm that you have read these terms and understand that personalised items are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
