This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on https://regascraft.com. It is provided by REGAS CRAFT Deri Ürünleri as data controller under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Personal Data Protection Authority’s Guide on Cookie Practices.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage) also keeps data in your browser, but it is not sent to the server automatically. Pixels and tags are snippets of code that send information for measurement. Cookies set by our site are first-party; those set by other providers are third-party. Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser; persistent cookies remain for a set period.
2. How consent works
- On your first visit a cookie panel offers “Accept”, “Reject” and “Preferences” on an equal footing. Categories other than essential ones are never pre-ticked.
- The Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, the TikTok Pixel and Yandex Metrica are not loaded at all unless you consent.
- For Google tools (Analytics/Ads) we use Google Consent Mode v2 with “denied” as the default. Until you consent, these tools neither read nor write cookies and do not personalise ads; even if the tag is present, it may only send cookieless signals without identifiers.
- Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time via “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page.
3. Essential cookies
These cookies are needed for the site to work, to keep your basket and session and for security; they are used without consent under KVKK art. 5/2-c (conclusion and performance of a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). All are first-party, HttpOnly (not readable by page scripts) and sent over the site’s secure connection.

4. Preference and feature storage (browser storage)
The following entries are not cookies; they are kept in your browser’s local storage and used only for features you request. They remain until you delete them, e.g. by clearing your browser data.

No cookie is used for language; the language is determined by the page address (/en).
5. Analytics cookies (consent only)
These help us understand visits, page performance and how the site is used. They run only for tools enabled by the store and with your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1).

6. Marketing cookies (consent only)
These measure the performance of our ads and show you products you may like on other platforms. They run only for enabled tools and with your explicit consent.

Third-party cookie names and durations are set by the providers and may change; see each provider’s privacy policy for current details. If a tag manager is used, the tags it runs follow the same consent rules.
7. Transfers abroad
Providers of analytics and marketing tools may process data on servers abroad. Your consent to these categories also covers this transfer under article 9 of the KVKK; see “Transfers abroad” in our Privacy Notice.
8. Managing your preferences
- On our site: give or withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal applies for the future; you can delete third-party cookies already set from your browser.
- In your browser: browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge let you view, delete or block cookies and site data. If you block essential cookies, the basket, sign-in and checkout may not work.
- Provider tools: use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, and the ad settings in your Google, Meta and TikTok accounts.
